From Mr Martin Jacobs & Mrs Claire Jacobs in relation to our
twin sons, Steven & Carl Jacobs (now aged 7)
We have not been in touch for some while. This is no reflection
on you or your service; rather the contrary. It is a testimony
that we feel that we are coping much better and have a much
greater confidence going forward. We (Claire & I) are much
better in the way in which we handle our children. Equally the
behaviour/reaction of our children is much improved. As a
testimony to this at the end of the last academic year Steven was
recognised with a Head Teachers award for ‘the most
improved behaviour’. We were thoroughly delighted; Steven
walked around with a huge smile on his face and was very
obviously feeling about 10’ tall
We saw the Cutting Edge television programme, “Bad
Behaviour “. All we can say is that if you are able to
include any excerpts from the programme on your web site it would
serve as the best form of publicity and testimonial for which you
could wish.
Good luck for the future . We’ll be in touch should the
need arise – or I (Martin) loose it too much!
