This should form part of any
agreement between the client and "Behaviour Change Consultancy"
("BCC").

OWNERSHIP. The enclosed written material and printed materials,
are owned by Behaviour Change Consultancy and are protected by
copyright, This applies to materials freely available (WITH
PERMISSION) for individual use from the site and to materials
released after payment of a fee.

This agreement (WITH PERMISSION)
permits the use of one copy of any written material. The material
is "in use" on a single computer when it is loaded into the
temporary memory (i.e., RAM) or installed into the permanent
memory (e.g., hard disk or other storage device) of that
computer.

You may (WITH specific PERMISSION)
use the material on a network or reproduce more than one copy of
it provided you have obtain permission from BCC.

You may not make any unauthorised
copies of this material, except that you may either make one copy
(WITH PERMISSION) of the material solely for backup or archival
purposes or transfer the material to a single hard disk provided
you keep the original solely for backup or archival
purposes.
You may not permit other individuals to use the material except
under the terms listed above - Except those professionals
directly associated with the institution paying for BCC's
services and except links and services designated as 'Free'
As a client you may copy or modify for your own (your
institution's) use but you may not - lend, rent, lease, sub
license the written (or otherwise recorded)
material.

From time to time the Behaviour
Change Consultancy may modify or improve the written (an
otherwise recorded) material available from them. If you purchase
or otherwise receive any modified material from us, this
agreement will be extended to include both the original versions
of the material and the new version.

Behaviour Change
Consultancy accepts no LIABILITY for your use of their advice;
materials; strategies; or such materials in these pages (or
otherwise recorded). Although the BCC Consultants have many years
of experience in the behaviour field they do not claim for their
work or contributions to the written material to have (unless
otherwise clearly stated) any medical, psychiatric,
psychological, counselling or other qualification other than
extensive experience as an advisor, trainer, and professional
teaching expertise.

Unless the client has been given
by us a written agreement specifying payment by results - the
Behaviour Change Consultancy disclaims ALL WARRANTIES (and ISSUES
NONE),either express of implied, including, implied warranties of
efficacy, fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to
written or printed materials OR ADVICE OR INSTRUCTION
GIVEN.

The written/printed material
provided by us and the individually tailored advice or
instruction is provided on the basis that the recipients are able
to match it to their greater knowledge of their individual
circumstances and make their own judgement about whether, when,
how, it is put to use.

Therefore all the
written/printed/aural material/advice provided is used entirely
at the clients/users discretion. In no event shall the Behaviour
Change Consultancy be liable for any accusation of negligence, or
liable for indirect or consequential damages arising out of the
use or inability to use material or training.

If, because of incapacity by
illness (Not Minor) or some other serious reason outside of
reasonable control a BCC Consultant is unable to get to a
training venue (or other agreed session) every endeavour will be
made to complete the contract at the clients earliest
convenience. No expense incurred by the client whether or not for
the sole purpose of the agreed training session (or other agreed
session or work) will in any way be the liability of BCC or it's
individual consultants - except that - The Behaviour Change
Consultancy's liability will include but be limited to any amount
paid by the client for the BCC service itself (including travel
and accommodation).

The provision of space to
advertise vacancies for Teacher-Training Staff and Specialist
Behaviour professionals is provided as free service - the
responsibility for checking the accuracy of the text remains with
the advertiser. BCC will do our best to speedily correct errors
once they are brought to our attention. We accept no liability
for the content of the free advertising space.
